Please bring your books only during the scheduled times. If you are unsure, please call. 206-547-4555. 


We will be looking at books every Saturday in July except the last Saturday, July 27th, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. 

We will not be looking at books on July 27th . 

Your store credit is 50% of what we would sell the book for. You may use your store credit for any used book in the store or towards 30% of the price of a new book. Store credit may not be used for other items. 

Your store credit expires one year from your last visit.

Project Cool for School – 
Books for Homeless Children

Project Cool is an awesome program of the Seattle/King County Coalition on Homelessness. They fill 1,300 backpacks with donated school supplies, books, toothbrushes & toothpaste and more and distribute them to children who are homeless.

Alphabet Soup will be collecting books for donation to Project Cool for School. Purchase a book for donation to Project Cool for School and get 25% off your entire purchase! * We’ll also be collecting books for donation that are on the wish list.

Here is a wish list of suggested titles and approximate age groupings. The list is meant as a guide to get you browsing. Follow your instinct in choosing a book – if it is a book you would share with a child in your life, then it is a great book to donate to the Cool for School Project!
